ShopingKart is a family-run online store based in Pune, Maharashtra, dedicated to offering sarees, kurtis, jewelry, beauty, and women’s accessories at affordable prices across India.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account helps you track orders easily and get faster support.

Are all products original?

Yes, all our products are sourced and checked by our team to ensure quality before shipping.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

No, we currently do not accept wholesale or bulk orders. We focus on serving individual customers.

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value — you can shop as little or as much as you like.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently deliver only within India.

What are your delivery timelines?

Orders are usually processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Which courier partners do you use?

We ship via trusted partners like Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, EcomExpress, Ekart, Amazon, and Shadowfax.

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes ✅ We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order on our website’s Order Tracking page.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available. However, all COD orders require a quick phone call verification before dispatch.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, all prices are final and inclusive. COD also has no extra fee.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 5 days of delivery. The product must be unused, with all tags and original packaging. An unboxing video is mandatory for approval.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are made to the original payment source (or bank transfer for COD orders) within 8–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

What should I do if I received a defective or damaged item?

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at helpcenter.shopingkart@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
